Change Of Pace? Update On Logan Paul's WWE Status Following Surprise Retirement Announcement

He’s not done? Retirement in professional wrestling is different than in any other sport as you rarely know when someone is actually retiring and when someone is working the fans in an attempt to advance a storyline in some way. While not confirmed, it appears that the latter is taking place, as a WWE Superstar is being announced for an appearance despite claiming that he is retired.

Earlier this week, WWE’s Logan Paul announced that he was finished wrestling, citing becoming a father earlier this year. However, this week on SmackDown, WWE announced a special Monday Night Raw on Netflix launch event with Paul advertised as appearing. While this does not guarantee that Paul is going to return to the ring, he will at least be making another appearance for WWE.

Opinion: I’m not sure what Paul is going to do in the future but he does at least seem to be sticking around for one more appearances. It’s hard to imagine that he is done with wrestling in general though, as he is still in his 20s and just starting to figure out a lot of things about his in-ring abilities. He could make quite a bit of money in WWE if he keeps going with it and maybe that is what he will continue to do. Or maybe not, but at least we’ll see him again one more time.
