Fitter and Faster Swim Camps is the proud sponsor of SwimSwam's College Recruiting Channel and all commitment news. For many, swimming in college is a lifelong dream that is pursued with dedication and determination. Fitter and Faster is proud to honor these athletes and those who supported them on their journey.

Logananne Zieliński of Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, has announced her commitment to swim and study at the University of Delaware. Zielinski is a recent graduate of the St. Andrew' s School, and will arrive on campus this fall for the 2024-2025 season.

In addition to swimming, Zielinski also played varsity water polo throughout high school and was honored as her team's "Most Improved Water Polo Player" in 2023.

"I am so happy to announce my verbal commitment to the University of Delaware! I want to thank my coaches, parents, and friends for helping me along my journey. I chose Delaware because I want to take my swimming career to the next level and I believe that the coaches and swimmers at Delaware can help me."

Zielinksi, a sprint freestyler, trains and competes year-round with Saint Andrew's Aquatics. She most recently competed at the NCSA Spring Championships, where she finished as high as 111th in the 50 free (24.38). Another highlight was her performance in the 200 free, where she dropped a tenth to record a time of 1:55.65.

In the fall, she represented her high school at the FHSAA Class 1A State Championship. She earned 10th (24.30) and 11th (52.47) in the 50 and 100 free, with both swims coming within a second of her respective personal bests. Between water polo and swimming, Zielinksi competed in a total of seven the Florida High school State Championships across her high school career.

The Delaware Blue Hens were the runner-up finishers behind UNCW at the 2024 Coastal Athletic Association (CAA) Championships this spring. Zielinksi's current best time in the 50 would have earned her a spot in the C-final at this year's meet, putting her in contention to score next season.

The 50 free was a relatively weaker event for Delaware this year, with Nicole Chiappa being the team's only A-finalist. Chiappa finished with a time of 23.17 in finals, good for 7th overall. Olivia Willemsen, a rising sophomore, was the next best finisher for Delaware at 14th (23.50).

With her commitment, Zielinksi joins Alexandra Somers, Torun McGillis, Garrity Ford, and Abby Steinbrook in Delaware's incoming class this fall.
