David Gilbert made the third maximum break of his career during his match against Zhou Yuelong in Group Seven of BetVictor Championship League Snooker Invitational.
Gilbert becomes the 27th player to make three or more official 147s, and all three of his perfect breaks have come in the Championship League – the first in 215 and second in 2019.
The maximum came in the second frame to make the score 1-1, and Gilbert went on to win 3-1 with further breaks of 88 and 124.
It’s the 211th 147 in snooker history and ninth of the season.
