Abdul Razak Alhassan is no longer an Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) fighter.

Today (Tues., March 17, 2025), social media account Borrachinha Depot revealed that the 14-fight Octagon veteran who competed at Middleweight has been removed from the UFC active roster, meaning he has been released from his respective contract and/or the promotion decided not to extend it.

Alhassan (12-7-1) burst into the UFC with a blistering 4-1 start, delivering four brutal stoppages, including a devastating uppercut knockout of Sabah Homasi (watch highlights).

But the Ghana-born fighter's career took a hit in 2018 when two women accused him of rape in the prime of his career. The charges were dropped two years later after he was found not guilty.

Upon his return, Alhassan struggled to recapture his early success. He dropped three straight fights before halting the skid with a 17-second head kick knockout of Alessio Di Chirico (watch highlights).

The 39-year-old went 2-3-1 over his final six bouts, and in his last fight, he was viciously stopped by Cesar Almeida (watch highlights).

Recently linked to a matchup with Dustin Stoltzfus, the fight fell apart, leaving him without a job.

Alhassan departs the UFC with a 6-7-1 record, yet boasts a perfect 100% finish rate.
