Sean Brady is still making fun of Leon Edwards a day after dominating and submitting him at The O2 Arena.

Welterweight contender Brady handed Edwards his first stoppage defeat in the UFC with a fourth round submission after comfortably winning the three previous rounds on the scorecards. Neither man was keen to touch gloves beforehand, and the feud seems to still live through to post-fight.

In the immediate aftermath, Brady mocked Edwards for tapping out in front of his home crowd, insisting that he would rather go to sleep. And he is now still taking shots on social media at his rival despite coming out with the win.

Sean Brady continues with Leon Edwards trolling after UFC London

Sean Brady truly seems to have no love lost with Leon Edwards, even after the pair battled into the championship rounds. It is a common custom in combat sports to shake hands with your opponent after the fight and leave any pre-show aggression behind.

But Brady is still at it, making fun of Edwards’ ‘Head shot dead’ catchphrase on his Instagram story. He shared a photo of his team with the caption: “‘Head shot dead’? Y’all don’t even got guns in London.” He accompanied that with a string of laughing emojis.

It follows a post-fight press conference where he said: "I dominated Leon, won every round, nobody's ever did it like me.

"Then I submitted him and made him quit in front of his home town. If we were in Philly you ain't making me quit in front of my home town I'm telling you that. I'm going to sleep, son. So just remember that."

Belal Muhammad mocked Leon Edwards for UFC London defeat

Brady wasn’t the only one taking shots at Edwards on social media after UFC London, with Belal Muhammad enjoying watching his two long-time rivals battle it out. He did make fun of the American ‘copying his homework’, but the majority of his tweets were mocking Edwards.

He also made fun of the infamous ‘headshot dead’ catchphrase, and also mocked coach Dave Lovell’s renowned ‘don’t let him bully you, Leon’ speech.

One key factor given to why Edwards was so out of sorts when he lost the belt to Muhammad last summer was the fact the fight took place at 5am local time in Manchester. He joked about this idea as well, adding: “What time is it in London.. asking for Leon”
