As a certified veteran of the sport, the Brazilian icon has faced the whose who of multiple different eras.

She’s also not the kind of competitor who stays quiet about what she wants as seen in Cris Cyborg’s pursuit of Claressa Shields.

These days, the 39-year-old has a goal in mind of becoming a two-sport champion following Cyborg’s recent boxing matches.

As a part of the PFL roster, Cyborg already has a timeframe and opponent in mind for her MMA return but her incredible longevity at the highest level hasn’t stopped two big fights in particular from getting away from her.

The timelines didn’t quite align for what would have been two of the biggest fights in the history of women’s side of the sport and the former UFC champion wants to remember that.

Cris Cyborg named her two cows after Kayla Harrison and Ronda Rousey

In a video posted on her YouTube channel, Cris Cyborg gave fans a behind the scenes look into her training camp for her recent boxing match where she got her raised once again.

The PFL star not only showcases some of her training routines, she even offers a little tour around her “Cyborg Zoo” which features several farm animals.

One of those animals has already made a public appearance in a skit that Cyborg posted last year where after Kayla Harrison signed to the UFC following years of talks about a fight between them, the Brazilian looked to track her down by calling her name only for a cow to appear.

In the video, Cyborg showed fans that not only does she have a cow named Kayla, she has added a second called Ronda (Rousey), which was another huge fight that was spoken about for long stretches of time but never materialized.

In a recent exclusive interview with Bloody Elbow, the PFL Super Fights featherweight champion spoke about whether she has any plans to add a third cow to the party and if there’s a name that she already has picked out.

"Good idea but maybe different animal, not a cow, but we've got two in the farm and they were ready to have on my Instagram, the Cyborg zoo, so I have a lot of animals and I give them names from like MMA fighters or boxing fighters and I think they match perfect, you know? The two cows, Kayla and Ronda, perfect match."

Cris Cyborg would have an incredible resume if she added both of those names

Cris Cyborg already has so many iconic wins and performances under her belt having achieved success in every promotion that she has fought in.

In fact, Cyborg’s loss to Amanda Nunes at UFC 232 in 2018 and a setback on her pro debut are the only times that she has tasted defeat in MMA and along the way, she’s amassed quite the trophy cabinet.

Fights with Ronda Rousey and Kayla Harrison appeared to slip by due to the moving parts just coming short of falling into place.

Cyborg debuted in the UFC in May of 2016 and at that time, Rousey was inactive before she returned for one final fight later that year against Nunes.

With the Harrison fight, the former PFL star signed to the UFC in January of 2024 with Cyborg only recently joining the PFL via the promotion’s acquisition of Bellator.
