Since his emergence in combat sports, Jake Paul has consistently labeled himself a disruptor and this coming Friday, he has the chance to cause further disruption when he takes on Mike Tyson.
The controversially put-together boxing fight between Jake Paul and Mike Tyson has been building up for almost a year now, with the anticipation now palpable just a few days out from their clash.
The two were scheduled to fight earlier this year in June but after ‘Iron Mike’ suffered an ulcer flare-up on a flight, the fight was postponed to a later date.
‘The Problem Child’ went on to fight UFC fighter turned BKFC star, Mike Perry, knocking him out in the sixth round.

Since entering the world of boxing in 2020, the 27-year-old entertainer has improved leaps and bounds and has only suffered one defeat at the hands of Tommy Fury.
Paul has previously called out UFC stars like Conor McGregor and Alex Pereira, but of course, neither of those fights were ever set to come to fruition.
However, ahead of what he and Tyson are labeling as the biggest fight in boxing history, the YouTuber turned boxer has revealed who he will call out if he is victorious on November 15.
“No, I mean I do (have something in mind for after Tyson), it’s Canelo,” Paul said on the Timbo and Sugar Show.
“I mean, this moment will prove that I’m the face of boxing, the largest attraction, and me vs Canelo at 200lbs for the cruiserweight championship of the world is the biggest fight arguably even bigger than me vs Tyson and it makes so much sense.
“You know, Canelo’s on his way out, he’s gonna want a payday and I want to show the world that all the sh*t I’ve been talking about beating Canelo is true and I’ll have the biggest upset in the sport of boxing and we’ll fight to see who really is the face of boxing, I’m gonna be the new money man,” Paul continued.

Jake Paul explains why a fight against Canelo Alvarez could happen
This isn’t the first time Paul has mentioned wanting to fight Canelo Alvarez, and the 27-year-old recently stated that the Mexican champion should lay awake in bed scared of the prospect of fighting him.
What makes ‘The Problem Child’s’ callout even more audacious is that he is hopeful the fight can happen at cruiserweight, despite Canelo usually fighting at 168lbs.
“The reason (he will want the fight) is he will want his, I guess it’ll be his fifth weight division championship, he has wanted the cruiserweight belt, if everyone remembers, he was gonna challenge (Ilunga) Makabu to become cruiserweight champion.
“He wants to conquer that division to be able to call himself a cruiserweight champion and that’s where the fight makes sense because I can’t make 175lbs so this fight should be for a belt and it makes the most sense at cruiserweight,” Paul claimed.
First, though, Paul must get through the most feared heavyweight boxer of all time, despite him now being 58 years old. Tyson is the betting underdog heading into his first professional fight in four years.
