Not only did Jake Paul see Premier League darts superstar Gerwyn Price's viral callout – but he actually responded to 'The Iceman' as well.
During an interview with TalkSport Darts before Night 2 of the Premier League in Glasgow last month, former world champion Gerwyn Price teased that he'd knock out Jake Paul in a single punch.
"That's easy, I'll look forward to that… He'd probably beat Canelo [Alvarez] but I don't think he'd beat me… I think it'd just be one punch, all over."
To the surprise of the wider darting world, including Price, not only did Jake Paul see the viral post but he also reached out to 'The Iceman' and hilariously accepted the Welshman's challenge.

For readers who might not be well-versed in the darts scene, Gerwyn Price is the truest definition of an 'entertainer' – frequently clashing (and trolling) crowds while bringing his esteemed sense of humor to the world stage.
He's also a particularly well-built and muscular player; far more so than his competitors on the Premier League – having previously competed in both professional Rugby League and Rugby Union.
Speaking again with TalkSport Darts ahead of his homecoming event in Cardiff last week, Price was asked whether he'd heard anything back from Paul's team about the viral video.
"He's seen it, [and] he's messaged me. He wrote back to me and said – actually, I'll show you the message if you want me to," Price laughed, with the interviewer understandably taken aback by the surprise link-up.
"I swear, [reads message] – "Come to Greece, man. Just name a price."
Price admitted that he hadn't responded to Paul's DM, first joking that "I was a bit scared," of the American before teasing "Nah I needed to get some training in early."
Ironically, Price isn't the only British sporting icon who has been called out by Paul in recent weeks, with former heavyweight king Anthony Joshua also finding himself in the firing line.

During a recent episode of his BW w/ Jake Paul podcast, 'The Problem Child' called out the Watford juggernaut and even predicted that he'd 'beat Joshua's a—‘.
"I want to fight Anthony Joshua because I know I will f—— beat Anthony Joshua’s a—. He doesn’t have a chin, and he has no skill, and he is stiff.
“I love you Anthony, and we are friends. But I want to fight you.”
The two reportedly facetimed each other after that podcast episode dropped, with Joshua then taking to Instagram to share a screenshot of the call log.
Joshua tagged Paul directly with a one-word caption of "2026" alongside two fist emojis and a 'shush' emoji – which fans believe is a cryptic tease of a potential throwdown with the YouTuber.
After suffering his first professional defeat at the hands of Tommy Fury in 2023, Paul has gone on a five-fight winning streak that includes victories over former UFC stars Nate Diaz and Mike Perry, as well as former world champion boxer, Mike Tyson.
