Popular American Patchy Mix might be the undisputed Bellator bantamweight champion, but he's getting 'No Love' from the promotion after being pulled from not one, but two fight cards; this, just as he enters his fighting prime.

After venting his frustration at the promotion on X (Twitter), a tidal wave of responses from fans have called on the bantamweight champion to give up custody of the title belt and instead give 'Uncle Dana White' a call.

Bellator champ Patchy Mix vents his frustration after being removed from card

Patchy 'No Love' Mix became a bonified superstar in the MMA world when he submitted Sergio Pettis to claim the undisputed Bellator bantamweight world championship in November 2023.

The popular American would retain his title belt with a hard-fought split decision win over Magomed Madomedov in May of this year, but it's been a frustrating time since for the reigning 135lb king.

Mix was scheduled to face Leandro Higo on the main card of Bellator Champions Series: Paris on November 16; however, that event was ultimately canceled by the promotion under dubious circumstances.

"I've been training my a** off for the last half of year for nothing," Mix recently wrote on X, admitting that: "This is frustrating in the prime of my career and I've had my fight in November cancelled?"

Whilst a specific reason for the card cancelation was not revealed, the PFL has recently 'coincidentally' announced that the series would be re-branded to 'Road to Dubai' after signing a multi-year deal with the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism.

"Then now again I'm being told I'm off January Dubai card?" continued Mix on X, before reaffirming that "I am the best in the world and I want to fight to prove it."

That Dubai card is scheduled for January 25 and will be headlined by Usman Nurmagomedov vs Paul Hughes for the lightweight world championship; Mix had not been officially added to the card.

Fans on X call on Patchy to Mix things up and give 'Uncle Dana a call'

Given how Patchy Mix remains one of the best bantamweights in the world, it's no surprise that the comments section under his X post was awash with fans calling for 'No Love' to ditch Bellator in favor of signing to the UFC.

"Drop the belt and come to the UFC," reads the top comment, with another fan pointing out: "Say it isn't so another PFLator fighter having issues getting booked."

Of course, a fair few of the posts were calling on Mix to get in contact with UFC CEO Dana White, "Call uncle Dana White," wrote one fan, with another adding "Need the UFC, come to the light."

"That's a shame, you're an exciting, marketable, athlete in your prime. You deserve to be paid!"

"How about you taking part in the RIZIN match at the end of the year in Japan?"

Interestingly, the man who's headlining that Dubai PPV in January 2025, Usman Nurmagomedov, has also teased that it'll be just two short years before he also makes his way over to the UFC.
