It was a big night for the WBC (The World Boxing Council) who are the main organization in professional boxing.
They gave Turki Alalshikh the award of ‘Man of the Year’ in boxing.
Boxing legend Lennox Lewis was also honored who spoke to EsNews YouTube (hat tip) here:
Still to this day Lewis was criminally underrated by many.
He could box, fight, dig deep when he had to, box on the outside and on the inside, had a big heart, iron chin and possessed ferocious uppercuts, as well as putting his combinations together excellently.
