Usyk Cornerman Disgusted With Comments After Fury 2 Win

One of champion Oleksandr’s cornerman on the night this weekend in the rematch has let loose on critics of the decision.

Speaking to Stomping Ground after Usyk’s assistant cornerman said it was making him sick the comments that Fury won and:

“No they were not actually (early rounds were not close). Forget the first rounds, they were dominated. I think round 5 was a round I gave Tyson Fury.”

He went on:

“I think he (Usyk) bossed the fight. I think he controlled the action. I think he got the job done easier than most expected.”

Adding:

“I thought it was a solid 9-3 fight (in favor of Usyk).”

Usyk did box very well and some have called it a masterclass.

Others believe Fury won.

It is possibly the most divisive fight in recent heavyweight title history.
