Carl Frampton was left in hysterics after Laura Woods joked that he could fight Hasbullah in a big-money Saudi showdown.
The 36-year-old former boxer was part of TNT Sport’s panel of experts to cover the weigh-in for Tyson Fury’s fight with Francis Ngannou, an occasion dubbed ‘Battle Of The Baddest’.
The crossover fight is taking place in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and is regarded as arguably the biggest fight in combat sports as Fury faces the MMA legend under boxing rules.
As well as attracting the biggest and best names from boxing and MMA to watch the fight, it’s expected to be among the most lucrative fights ever due to the extreme wealth that the Saudi state possesses.
Fury is set to be a big earner from the clash with Ngannou, leading Laura Woods to ask Frampton whether he’d have considered such a crossover fight during his career.
He replied: "If they were throwing the Saudi money at me, absolutely. I'd probably fight Francis myself, to be honest!"
Woods then said: "Hasbulla is down there, actually!" to which Frampton cracked up with laughter, before Steve Bunce joked: "There was no need for that whatsoever!"
The Russian social media star, who suffers from dwarfism, was in attendance at the official weigh-in for the fight as he stood between Fury and Ngannou as they stepped on the scales.
He’ll also be in attendance on fight night as both fighters aim to secure the WBC’s new ‘Commemorative Riyadh Championship’ belt.
