Eddie Hearn has been praised for his promotional skills in light of an inspiring team talk doing the rounds.

Matchroom Boxing kingpin Hearn has selected five fighters to take on five of Queensberry Promotions chief Frank Warren’s selections on June 1 in Saudi Arabia, with the headline act set to take place between Deontay Wilder and Zhilei Zhang.

Hearn gathered his fighters in a promotional shoot, which also include Ammo Williams, Filip Hrgovic, Raymond Ford and Craig Richards, delivering a truly remarkable speech.

He spoke incredibly about his fighters, telling the camera: “This is not just my team, it’s the A-team.

“Filip Hrgovic one of the most dangerous heavyweights in the world, will take Daniel Dubois to school.

“The captain, one and only Bronze Bomber [Deontay Wilder]. One f the most dangerous men in the division, this man is back with bad intentions and will destroy Zhilei Zhang in three rounds.

“Raymond Ford the best 126lbs fighter in the world, against Nick Ball going to get taken to school, picked apart and stopped.

“Craig Richards, my pick for a guaranteed win, but this guy with a long reach under Shane McGuigan will win by stoppage.

“And finally Ammo Williams, people like Hamzah Sheeraz but this guy will show you he is one of the most ferocious fighters to come out of American and knock out Sheeraz.

“This is team Matchroom, it’s going to be a whitewash baby!”

Hearn promoted his fighters in just one take ahead of the tournament[/caption]

Sensationally, British light-heavyweight Richards confirmed that it was filmed in just one take, showing Hearn did little preparation for the rallying call to action.

And fans were left stunned by the viral clip, with one writing: “Give him an Oscar!”

Another agreed: “That is different class, wow!”

One wrote: “That’s the goat, course he did, Eddie does this s*** in his sleep!”

A fan heaped huge praised on Hearn, writing:” Honestly I reckon he did it one take.

“As much stick as Hearn gets he really does love the sport and the people who make it happen.

“He's incredibly knowledgeable about every aspect of his fighters, sure he lays ego over the top of that but he has to because he's a promoter.”

One concluded: “Eddie Hearn is insanely talented at what he does. Possibly the greatest ever!”

Hearn has built a dynasty out of Matchroom Boxing, promoting some of the leading fighters of the era, including Canelo Alvarez and Anthony Joshua.

It is now by little surprise that Wilder buried the hatchet to link up with Hearn as part of the tournament.

He will be hoping his fighters can now deliver the goods, to sink long-term rival Warren’s team in the new tournament format.
