Dillian Whyte warns Daniel Dubois he must stay 'wary' of Anthony Joshua or he will 'go to sleep'

Dillian Whyte has told talkSPORT that he sees Anthony Joshua vs Daniel Dubois as a 50/50 fight.
The pair will clash for Dubois’ IBF heavyweight world title live on talkSPORT on Saturday night from Wembley Stadium as AJ has the chance to become a three-time champion.
British rival Whyte previously fought Joshua as both an amateur and a professional, but seemingly does not know who to pick in Saturday’s main event.
“This is a great fight,” he told talkSPORT Breakfast on Wednesday.
“And do you know what’s funny? Dubois is going into the reverse from his last fight.
“In his last fight apparently Filip Hrgovic bashed him up in sparring and then Dubois bashed him up in the fight.
“Apparently, Dubois has bashed AJ up in sparring so they’ve got reversed roles going into the fight.
“Daniel’s very confident because of supposedly what happened, but I just hope he’s not overconfident.
“Hopefully he’s a bit edgy and a bit wary because you don’t wanna stand in front of AJ and take too many right hands because it’ll be a matter of time before you go to sleep.”
Asked about the comparison of the pair’s punch power, Whyte continued: “AJ is a big puncher, but he’s more of a sharp combination puncher.
“Dubois seems to be a a bit slower and more methodical, a bit of a clubbing puncher.
“But with 10oz gloves anyone over 15 stone is a hard puncher.”
“I think Daniel will feel great,” Whyte added.
“I’ve never seen him so confident, he has so much self-belief.
“People say he’s the underdog but I don’t really think he’s an underdog, this is an equal fight in my opinion.
“AJ’s saying he’s the underdog and he’s got doubters, I don’t think no-one’s doubting him, I don’t think he’s the underdog. Dubois is saying the same.
“I just think that it’s one of those fights where it is a genuine 50/50 fight in my opinion.
“Because early doors I think it’s very, very dangerous for Dubois.
“But if he gets past three or four rounds, then it could become very dangerous for AJ, like we saw in the Andy Ruiz fight – he dropped him and then fell apart after.
“We know he doesn’t deal well with pressure late in fights, so I think it’s a genuine 50/50 fight.”
