Callum Walsh rocked New York city on 2025 Patrick’s Day weekend at Madison Square Garden in an amazing fight.
Dean Sutherland became a first round knockout victim of ‘King’ Callum Walsh tonight in boxing.
Something not many picked up on afterwards was what Walsh said of his Hall of Fame trainer Freddie Roach:
“Freddie was just telling me, you know, ‘This is your night, this is your fight.’ He said, ‘Get the job done.’ Freddie loves knockouts, so that was the perfect way to finish the fight for him, you know. I’m very happy.”
Did he what, what a finish to the fight too.
Clinical, professional. Hitman-like.
He put his punches together moving from the outside to the inside well when he needed to, his timing and distance was razor sharp.
The left hand is now developing into a very lethal tool.
