TNT Championship Match Set For AEW Dynasty With Two Stipulations, Updated Card

03/29/2025 10:26 PM
AEW Dynasty just got even bigger, as the TNT Championship will be on the line with two major stipulations added to the match.
During Saturday’s episode of AEW Collision, the company announced that Daniel Garcia would defend his title against Adam Cole. Making the match even bigger, AEW confirmed that the match would have no time limit, and would also have no outside interference in the match.
This means Cole and Garcia will be going toe-to-toe in a full one-on-one match, with the best man walking out with the title. The reason for the match comes after Garcia and Cole fought twice before. The first time, Shane Taylor Promotions interfered, and the second resulted in a 20-minute time limit draw.
The match came together after Cole and Garcia met in the ring tonight, where Cole told him that, although he didn’t get the best of Garcia before, Garcia has yet to beat him without help or a time limit. As a result, Garcia said he would give Cole one last chance to beat him.
The updated card for AEW Dynasty, which takes place on Sunday, April 6, 2025, is as follows:
- AEW International Championship: Kenny Omega (c) vs. Ricochet vs. “Speedball” Mike Bailey
- AEW World Trios Championship: Death Riders (Claudio Castagnoli, Pac, and Wheeler Yuta) (c) vs. Rated FTR (Cope, Cash Wheeler, and Dax Harwood)
- Title vs. Mask Match for ROH World Championship: Chris Jericho (title) vs. Bandido (mask)
- AEW TNT Championship: Daniel Garcia (c) vs. Adam Cole
- AEW Women’s World Championship: Toni Storm (c) vs. Megan Bayne
- AEW World Championship: Jon Moxley (c) vs. Swerve Strickland
