Credit them. There are a variety of people who come together to make a WWE show work. Some of these positions have not been around for very long, as WWE has evolved the way their television shows are presented. This includes how the wrestlers’ promos and segments are put together, and now WWE is giving the people who do this work some more acknowledgment.

According to PWInsider.com, the internal run sheets for Monday Night Raw now features the writers credited with putting together the promos on the show. This week marked the first time that this had been done. The change was described as a “natural evolution” in how the WWE creative process is handled. Here are some of the writers who were credited on this week’s show:
• Opening segment with CM Punk – Alexandra Williams
• In-ring segment with Jey Uso and Bron Breakker – Brian Parise
• In-ring segment with Sami Zayn, Gunther and Ludwig Kaiser – Christian Scovell
The show did work. Check out the three segments:

Opinion: While this is the kind of thing that only matters on the internal run sheets, there is something to be said about the act that WWE is changing how they do things. That is something that fans have seemingly been wanting for a long time now and it is great to see it happening. The writers who put the show together deserve credit for what they have done and that is what they are getting, at least internally.
