Former AEW TNT Champion Powerhouse Hobbs Cleared To Return To The Ring

-- Former TNT Champion Powerhouse Hobbs is inching closer to a return to the ring. Fightfulselect.com reports that Hobbs was recently cleared for in-ring activity within the last few weeks. He has been out of action since the end of April due to a knee injury that he suffered in a match against Jon Moxley. Hobbs ended up undergoing surgery to repair the knee.

-- Hobbs has been backstage at recent AEW shows and he has undergone and successfully passed "extensive in-ring testing" which led to his clearance, something which has become standard in AEW. He is currently waiting for creative plans that will bring him back to TV.
