Bobby Lashley Believes Ricochet Joining Hurt Syndicate Would Add 'A Different Kind Of Grit To His Character'

Bobby Lashley thinks Ricochet and Lio Rush would be fantastic additions to The Hurt Syndicate in AEW.
He recently appeared on The Lame Guys Podcast. Bobby Lashley was asked about a potential fourth member of the Hurt Syndicate and who he’d like to see join the group.
The former WWE Champion named Ricochet and Lio Rush as potential names who could join the group.
“We're going to put an ad on Indeed, and we're going to let people… I don't know, I love Ricochet. I think everybody loves Ricochet. If you see that guy in the ring, he's just ridiculous. I think Ricochet would be a great option. I don't know if he's going to be that person, though, because there's another one over there.” Bobby Lashley said.
“What's cool about Ricochet is he falls into the same category I did. Like, I was such a babyface, and people still see me as a babyface. But when I was with The Hurt Business, and I linked up with MVP, people were like, 'Alright, he's heel.' And it helped me. Having a heel manager kind of helps even a babyface make that switch. Roman and Paul? It's the same thing across the board.”
“I think Ricochet could be great with him. It would bring a different kind of grit to his character. That's what we worked on with Cedric all the time. Cedric's stuff was so pretty and flashy, and we were like, 'Stop it. Just smash this dude in his face!'”
“At the same time, though, I still pull for Lio [Rush], man. I think Lio would be awesome in the group too. Either one of those guys would be incredible in the group. But with that being said, I think there were some other names thrown out too.”
