A win for Moreno, the greatest Mexican fighter in UFC history, likely nets him yet another Flyweight title fight. Erceg, meanwhile, was trying to snap a losing streak that began when he was catapulted into a title fight around one year ago.
UFC Mexico City's co-main event saw Manuel Torres take on Drew Dober in an action-packed fight. The main card was supposed to have veteran Kelvin Gastelum taking on rising Middleweight, Joe Pyfer, too. However, "BodyBagz" was pulled from the card earlier this morning last-second because of an unknown illness (full details here).
