Triller, BKFC's Owner, Aquired By Hong Kong-Based Company

Triller, the parent company to BKFC, has been making moves in the social content space in recent years, and now the media conglomerate has been acquired by AGBA out of Hong Kong as a result of a $4 billion merger. The companies will now be traded together publicly under AGBA Group Holdings Limited on the NASDAQ stock market, where share value has increased dramatically since the merger.
