Tom Aspinall taunts Jon Jones with toy duck at UFC London

Tom Aspinall was enjoying the fights at UFC London, but he still had time to take a jab at Jon Jones.
During Saturday's fight night broadcast, Aspinall was shown in the crowd. Initially keeping a straight face, the No. 1 heavyweight in the world suddenly held up a duck toy as he gave a wide-eyed expression to the camera. It doesn't take a genius to construe Aspinall's duck as a thinly-veiled shot directed at Jones, who is unwilling to commit to a fight with Aspinall.

Jones currently holds the UFC's undisputed heavyweight title, having won a vacant belt with a fast finish of Ciryl Gane following the departure of champion Francis Ngannou in 2023 and successfully defended it against Stipe Miocic at UFC 309.
When the Jones-Miocic matchup fell through from its originally scheduled date at UFC 295, Aspinall instead stepped in and defeated Sergei Pavlovich for an interim title. He defended that title against Curtis Blaydes at UFC 304 and though he has said he is willing to put his belt up against anyone, he continues to campaign for a bout with Jones.
UFC CEO Dana White is also optimistic the unification bout will be booked, recently telling TNT Sports, "It's just a matter of when now, getting it signed and done."
