The Minnesota Twins had their 12-game winning streak snapped in disappointing fashion on Sunday, but here's hoping that the good vibes haven't strayed too far for too long.

The A.L. West-leading Seattle Mariners are in town and are a worthy opponent that has also been playing well of late. The Mariners have not lost a series since April 14, winning at least two out of three in each of their last six series. They're coming off beating the Astros twice in Houston, and have allowed the fewest runs of any team in all of Major League Baseball.

The Mariners will send Emerson Hancock to the mound to face off against Simeon Woods Richardson. Hancock is 3-3 with a 4.75 ERA. He only lasted 3 23 innings against the Braves last time out, but had gone six innings while only allowing a single earned run in each of his prior two starts, which came against the Diamondbacks and Rockies.

On the Twins side, Woods Richardson has largely pitched well since his call-up. He's given up two runs or less in all three outings, although he only lasted 3 23 innings last time out against Chicago. The Mariners will easily be his stiffest test to date.

This series also features Old Friend Mitch Garver, now relegated to DH-only duties and scuffling to a .156/.268/.313 start to his Mariners career. (He did get a ring last year, however, so he wins.)

Should be a fun one. Enjoy Monday evening baseball!
