Lefty Jack Dreyer added to the Dodgers' 40-man roster

The Dodgers added left-handed pitcher Jack Dreyer to the 40-man roster on Tuesday.
Dreyer had an outstanding 2024 pitching for Triple-A Oklahoma City and Double-A Tulsa where he had a 2.20 ERA, 0.99 WHIP and 6.0 strikeouts-to-walk ratio in 46 appearances (57 1/3 innings).
He has a career 2.18 ERA, 1.11 WHIP in 100 Minor League appearances, averaging 11.9 strikeouts per nine innings.
Dreyer signed with the Dodgers out of the University of Iowa as an undrafted free agent in 2021.
Before signing with the Dodgers, Dreyer had a 3.41 ERA and 76 strikeouts in 60 2/3 career innings for the Iowa Hawkeyes. He did not pitch during the 2021 season after he underwent Tommy John surgery.
Dreyer is the son of former Texas Ranger Steve Dreyer, who pitched in the big leagues in 1993 and 1994.
