WNBA Star Sophie Cunningham Stuns In Cowgirl Photoshoot

Although it's the WNBA offseason, Phoenix Mercury guard Sophie Cunningham is still finding ways to go viral.
Cunningham, 28, became a fan favorite this WNBA season because of her unapologetic attitude on the court and her incredible fashion off it. Throughout the year, fans raved about the Missouri product's pregame outfits. It's something she embraced over time.
"I'm not shy about what I'm about. I'm 6-foot-1, I'm 165 pounds and I think it's cool I'm a professional athlete. But it hasn't always been easy being this big or this strong or taller than all the boys," Cunningham told The Spun.
With that said, Cunningham has traded in her pregame dresses for a cowgirl hat. On Monday night, she shared a handful of photos of her rocking an all-denim outfit.
"Happiest with my horse," Cunningham wrote for her caption.
Cunningham's cowgirl-themed photo shoot received over 19,000 likes in roughly 24 hours. That's not a huge shock if we're being honest.

If there's ever an opening for a cameo role in "Yellowstone" or a "Twisters" sequel, Cunningham would be the perfect choice.
Of course, Cunningham won't have much time on her hands next spring. She'll be too busy playing for the Mercury.
Cunningham averaged 8.4 points and 3.9 rebounds per game for the Mercury this past season. She knocked down 37.8 percent of her attempts from beyond the arc.
If Cunningham continues to improve her game while remaining active on social media, she'll truly become one of the most popular players in the WNBA.
