Phoenix Mercury guard Sophie Cunningham had a big season in 2024.
The 28-year-old former Missouri guard averaged 8.4 points, 3.9 rebounds and 2.0 assists per game, while playing for the Phoenix Mercury, who lost in the opening round of the WNBA Playoffs. Cunningham, who has played for Phoenix her entire career, was a second round pick out of Missouri in 2019.
Cunningham has been accused by WNBA fans of being "MAGA." Politics or not, though, she's amassed a big-time following on social media. The WNBA star has more than 200,000 followers on social media.
The Mercury guard posted a jaw-dropping swimsuit photo to social media.
Cunningham shared the jaw-dropping swimsuit photo to her social media page.
"It's hot," she wrote.
WNBA fans are major approvers of the photo.
"Imagine fumbling Sophie Cunningham I would be sick dawg," one fan wrote.
"This is a very nice picture of you and you are very pretty also Sophie Cunningham," one fan added.
"I love it when Sophie Cunningham KNOWS she's hot!!! AND SHOW OFF!!!" one fan added.
It'll be interesting to see what comes for Cunningham in 2025, with Dianna Taurasi possibly retiring.
