WNBA Fans React To Angel Reese's Bold New Look Sunday

Angel Reese has become as well-known for her looks off the court as she is for her play on it.
During her rookie season in the WNBA, Reese's pregame outfits regularly drew attention. She's also seen her modeling career take off, and has drawn a following for her fashion sense and beauty care. Reese is also not shy about trying out new looks, like the one she showed off Saturday.
In a selfie posted on social media, the Chicago Sky star and recent Unrivaled champion rocked a shorter, natural hairstyle.
Reese's appearance change sparked plenty of comments from her followers.

"I love when we wear our natural hair. Black girls just look so pretty with it," one woman wrote.
"Facecard never declines," another woman said.
"The most annoying man you know prolly calling her ugly when she's beautiful," a third person wrote.
"keep this cut and color! very much flattering very much cute," another woman chimed in.
"My sign to get my lashes done," a fifth person added.

After helping Rose Basketball Club to the first-ever Unrivaled 3-on-3 title, Reese was understandably excited about the $50,000 bonus she took home.
"hey sista. i'm doing well. just won 50k on a flight. I know you are VERY aware & i'm sorry to break it to you but i'm on a rookie contract & that 50k was a little more than half of my contract so I have to keep that to myself…. sorry :( give me a few years and i gotchu. be well," Reese wrote to longtime WNBA guard Sydney Colson on social media after bringing home the championship.
The next step for Reese is her second WNBA season with the Sky. The No. 7 pick in the 2024 WNBA Draft, Reese led the league in rebounding and made the All-Star Game as a rookie.
We'll see what she has in store for an encore when the 2025 regular season opens in May.
