On Thursday afternoon, Nicole shared a few workout videos on the official Instagram account for Tribe Therepe. She was sporting an all-white outfit that drew a lot of compliments from her loyal customers.
Not only did Nicole's followers applaud her workout gear, they thanked her for her latest advice.

In the post that Nicole shared for Tribe Therepe this week, she talked about the biggest myth surrounding weightlifting.
"Lifting weights doesn't automatically make you 'bulky' sis! Building A LOT of muscle mass takes specific training, nutrition, and time. Which means that body builder aesthetic you're afraid of getting won't be achieved by those little 15lbs dumbbells," the caption for Tribe Therepe read.
Nicole, who has experience as an ambassador for Alo and Fabletics, knows a thing or two about fitness. When she speaks, her followers usually listen.
