Tom Brady took to his social media accounts to post about Veterans Day on Monday.
Brady, the legendary NFL quarterback who won seven Super Bowls and is now an announcer for FOX, is a hero to many. The future Hall of Fame quarterback led the Patriots to six Super Bowls and the Buccaneers to one, after all. Few players in NFL history, if any, have provided their fans with more things to cheer for than Brady. And he's remaining involved in the sport in retirement, working as FOX's No. 1 in-game analyst, along with play-by-play man Kevin Burkhardt and sideline reporters Erin Andrews and Tom Rinaldi.
But Brady, 47, also knows who the real heroes are. He took to social media on Monday afternoon.
Brady posted a heartfelt message on Veterans Day on Monday afternoon to X, formerly known as Twitter.
"Happy Veterans Day to those who have proudly served this amazing country. The REAL superheroes in our world," he wrote.

Brady's colleague at FOX, Michael Strahan, also posted a Veterans Day message. Strahan, who beat Brady in the 2008 Super Bowl, is facing heat for not putting his hand over his heart during the national anthem. Strahan was at the U.S. Naval Base in San Diego as part of a special Veterans Day Weekend show.
"Thank you to all veterans and active service members who courageously risk their lives to protect us every day. Your selfless service is beyond measure. This is my hero, it is also my father, Maj. Gene W. Strahan, Sr. He served for 23 years in the army and was a proud member of the 82nd Airborne Division.Just as I honor my father, I keep all of you in my thoughts each and every day as we would not have the safety and freedoms we cherish without you. Thank You," Strahan wrote on Instagram.
The NFL will celebrate Veterans Day with a Monday Night Football Game between the Los Angeles Rams and the Miami Dolphins.
Kickoff between the Dolphins and the Rams is scheduled for 8:15 p.m. E.T.
The Week 10 NFL game will air on ESPN.
