Meet The Oldest Son Of Tom Brady (1:16)

It's well known that Tom Brady is expected to have a big role in picking the next head coach of the Las Vegas Raiders.

He may only be a minority owner but he's still super competitive and wants to win as quickly as possible.

The Raiders fired Antonio Pierce on Tuesday after only one season and according to ESPN's Dan Graziano, Brad could suggest Mike Vrabel and Brian Flories for the open position.

"The roughly 45 hours that passed between the Patriots firing Mayo and the Raiders firing Antonio Pierce doesn't sound like much, but it could prove costly if the Raiders were hoping to get Vrabel. As we discussed in the Patriots question, it's possible New England wants to move fast. But plenty have been connecting Vrabel with Las Vegas due to the expected influence of new minority owner Tom Brady, and it's possible the Raiders take a run at the former Titans coach. Brady also knows Flores from their time together in New England," Graziano wrote, via ESPN

Vrabel used to play for the Patriots when Brady was the quarterback so they were teammates for a time. He then got into coaching and was a position coach before being the head coach of the Tennessee Titans from 2018-23.

He compiled a 54-45 record and won two playoff games during his tenure with the team.

Brady also has a history with Flores since Flores was an assistant coach for the Patriots for a decade before becoming the Miami Dolphins head coach from 2019-21.

Flores then joined the Pittsburgh Steelers during the 2022 season before joining the Minnesota Vikings as their defensive coordinator in 2023.

Both coaches are getting a lot of interviews during this hiring cycle and for good reason since they are great coaches.

We'll see if the Raiders hire one of them over the next few weeks.
