Tiger Woods isn't known for saying much outside of the game of golf.

Like Michael Jordan, Kobe Bryant, Tom Brady and other all-time greats, Woods has typically let his game do the talking. He's often chosen to not get involved in things outside of his sport. But over the years, the 15-time major champion has made it clear where he stands politically.

Woods, who grew up in California and currently resides in Florida, has been pretty clear about his politics.

Donald Trump winning the 2024 presidential election was likely not a bad thing for Woods. The legendary golfer seems to be right of center. He's made it clear that he supported Donald Trump - and anyone who takes office.

Woods has been a major supporter of the military, as well.

"Well, he's the president of the United States. You have to respect the office. No matter who is in the office, you may like, dislike personality or the politics, but we all must respect the office," Woods said when asked about Donald Trump in 2018.

He added: "I've known Donald for a number of years. We've played golf together. We've had dinner together. I've known him pre-presidency and obviously during his presidency.''

A couple of years ago, Woods even accepted a Presidential Medal of Freedom from Trump, which he surely wouldn't have done if he was far-left leaning.

Woods probably isn't as right leaning as his golf rival, Jack Nicklaus, who has been strong in his support of Trump.

"Get out and vote. I did!" Nicklaus said in 2020.

"You might not like the way our President says or tweets some things - and trust me, I have told him that! - but I have learned to look past that and focus on what he's tried to accomplish. This is not a personality contest; it's about patriotism, policies and the people they impact. His love for America and its citizens, and putting his country first, has come through loud and clear. How he has said it has not been important to me. What has been important are his actions. Now, you have the opportunity to take action."

Woods is currently recovering from some offseason surgeries, but he's hoping to be back on the course in 2025.

Perhaps we'll be seeing Donald Trump welcoming Tiger Woods back to the White House after some nice performances in 2025.
