Shannon Sharpe often pokes fun at the Dallas Cowboys, especially when they're struggling like they are right now. During the latest edition of his "Nightcap" podcast, he put his humor on hold so he could rip "America's Team."

Sharpe brought up how Cowboys stars CeeDee Lamb and Trevon Diggs went clubbing after the team got blown out by the Houston Texans on Monday night. It's an awful look for these two Pro Bowl players. Their team is 3-7 and in meltdown mode, and yet, they think it's OK to party out in public.

Obviously, Sharpe was disgusted by Diggs and Lamb's behavior.

"That's why your Cowboys suck — because two of their best players, this is what they're doing," Sharpe said. "That shows you how much the game of football needs to them."

Sharpe then said the players on the Dallas Cowboys don't actually care about winning a championship.

"You can't convince me these guys these guys care about winning," he said. "Because this is not what you do when you want to win. So what's in the club that's gonna help you get better? Take your ass home and start the recovery process. This is why I couldn't play in today's time. Because I don't care what they say, guys, most — a lot — don't care about winning. They like the bag. They like what comes along with being an NFL player."

It's hard to argue against this rant from Sharpe. Championship-caliber teams aren't partying at a club when they're on a five-game losing streak. That's just the truth.

The Cowboys will be back in action this Sunday against the Washington Commanders. If their losing streak continues, Sharpe will probably have something to say on ESPN's "First Take" on Monday.
