Throughout the 2024 WNBA season, New York Liberty star Sabrina Ionescu generated buzz both on and off the court with her impressive basketball skills and effortlessly stylish pregame outfits.

While fans usually see her in simple yet chic looks, the WNBA star revealed the secrets behind her outfit choices and how she selects her post-workout attire.

In an interview with Women's Health, the Liberty guard discussed how she prepares for games.

According to the 26-year-old sharpshooter, before hitting the arena, she makes sure to follow her morning rituals, like eating a simple breakfast, hydrating and stretching.

When it comes to choosing her workout gear, the former Oregon Ducks basketball star shared that she prefers hitting the court in "everything Nike" — from her shirt and basketball shorts to her shoes.

As for her post-workout outfit, Ionescu shared that she loves to walk around in athleisure. According to Ionescu, her outfit must be laid-back.

"I like to be comfortable, whether it's jeans and a T-shirt," she said. "Obviously, I love wearing my line," referring to her Nike collaboration, which she mentioned can be dressed up or down.

In addition to this, Ionescu said that her post-workout must-haves include accessories, highlighting her love for jewelry.

"After the game, I'm always putting my Mejuri jewelry back on," she said while pointing to her necklace and rings. She added that it is important for her to express herself through jewelry.

In a separate interview back in 2023, the Liberty guard told GQ that she purchased a Van Cleef & Arpels mother-of-pearl bracelet to commemorate the team's success after winning the gold medal at the World Cup in Australia.

"I deserve a really nice piece of jewelry, and so I bought myself this. It's all about justifying," she said.

Sabrina Ionescu is currently enjoying her offseason after helping the Liberty make history by winning the 2024 WNBA Championship, the franchise's first-ever title win.
