Recently Released Viral WNBA Player Lands New Gig

While her time on the WNBA court was extremely limited, Kysre Gondrezick has gone viral in recent weeks for her incredible fashion sense. After being released by the Chicago Sky a few days ago, she's landed on her feet with a new gig.
Taking to Instagram on Thursday, Gondrezick announced that she will be participating in the upcoming Essence Festival's Beautycon. She said that her appearance will include chats with others on how to "enhance your natural beauty."
"I'm thrilled to announce my participation at the Essence Festival's Beautycon™ Stage on July 6, 2024 from 10:30 to 10:50 AM. Join me for the Beauty Look Like Me fireside chat. We'll engage in meaningful conversation, exploring the latest trends and tips to enhance your natural beauty. #BEAUTYCON#ESSENCEFestival#ESSENCEFest30," Gondrezick wrote.
Gondrezick made waves off the court for her pregame wardrobe with many remarking that she looked like a fashion model. The former Michigan and West Virginia shooting guard played only 19 games for the Indiana Fever in 2021 and was unable to get a roster spot between 2022 and 2023.
The Sky gave Gondrezick a chance in 2024, adding her to their opening day roster. But she wound up averaging just 1.7 points, 0.9 rebounds and 0.8 assists per game.
