Ravens Star Wide Receiver Zay Flowers Suffers Injury Saturday vs. Browns

The Baltimore Ravens may have just lost their top wide receiver right before the start of the playoffs.
During the start of the second quarter, Zay Flowers caught a pass from Lamar Jackson and cut up field to gain as many yards as possible. Unfortunately, he suffered an injury on this play. The second-year wideout was seen grabbing his knee immediately after he hit the turf. Every fan at M&T Bank Stadium gasped when they saw him limp off the field.
Ravens head coach John Harbaugh was visibly distraught over this injury. He knows how important Flowers is to his offense.
ESPN's broadcast has not yet provided an update on Flowers' status. All we know for sure is that he was in the medical tent before taking a trip to the locker room.
Here's the play that Flowers got hurt on:

Coming into this weekend's game, Flowers had 73 receptions for 1,047 yards and four touchdowns. He earned Pro Bowl honors for the first time in his young career.
Flowers was off to a great start this Saturday against the Cleveland Browns. He had a 12-yard reception and a nine-yard rush before leaving the field.
We're hoping Flowers avoided a serious injury. The last thing the NFL needs is for one of its best young playmakers to go down right before the start of the postseason.
The Ravens should provide an update on Flowers at halftime. Until then, fans in Baltimore will have to hold their breath.
A win this Saturday would give the Ravens the AFC North title.
