Prayers Are Pouring In For Randy Moss On Sunday

Prayers are pouring in for NFL legend Randy Moss on Sunday afternoon.
Moss, one of the best wide receivers in NFL history, is asking everyone for prayers as he goes through a difficult time this holiday season. The 47-year-old former Minnesota Vikings great is still working on Sunday, appearing on Sunday NFL Countdown on ESPN. But Moss is battling something internally, which he shared to viewers live on the air.
"Throughout the week of the holidays, your boy has been battling something internally. I just ask for all the prayer warriors to put their blessed hands on me and my family through these hard times," Moss admitted on Sunday.
Moss shared a personal message for viewers while appearing on ESPN on Sunday morning, too.
The former Minnesota Vikings and New England Patriots great added that he would be wearing glasses throughout the show.

NFL fans are praying that everything will be OK with the Hall of Fame wide receiver.
"Had his poster (and Chris Carter) on the wall as a child. The Vikings were so much fun to watch growing up and Randy Moss was absolutely unstoppable. Prayers for the goat," one fan wrote.
"Happy Sunday everyone! Prayers up to Randy Moss this Sunday. Hope what he's going through passes with a speed of light and with the glory of God," one fan added.

"I hope Moss is going to be ok. Last week had yellow eyes, now he's wearing sunglasses. Prayers to Randy!" one fan added.
Moss, a West Virginia native, has sparked concern with his appearance in recent weeks, as fans have noticed that his eyes appear to be a strange color.
The former Marshall University great played in the NFL for 14 seasons. He made six Pro Bowls and was a four-time first-team All-Pro performer. He was the NFL's Offensive Rookie of the Year in 1998 and the league's Comeback Player of the Year in 2007.
Moss never won a Super Bowl, though he holds NFL records for most receiving touchdowns in a season (23 in 2007) and most receiving touchdowns as a rookie (17 in 1998).
