Prayers are pouring in for Washington Commanders rookie quarterback Jayden Daniels on Sunday afternoon.

Daniels, the No. 2 overall pick in the 2024 NFL Draft, looked good in his debut last week. He made some solid throws and looked dangerous with his feet, showing off his speed. Unfortunately, he's gone down with an injury on Sunday afternoon. Daniels was hit hard in the first half of Sunday's game against the New York Giants and has been taken out of the game.

It didn't look good.

NFL fans are praying that he'll be OK.

"Jayden Daniels Prayer circle," one fan wrote.

"Jayden Daniels, unfortunately does not play a sustainable brand of football in the NFL. He can't take hits like this. Prayers up that he can return to the game," one fan added.

"Prayers up for Jayden Daniels man this not college though," one fan added.

"Prayers up to Jayden Daniels. Hope he's aight. His improvisation skills have impressed me this far," one fan added.

Hopefully, it's nothing too serious for the Washington Commanders rookie. It would be a crushing blow for the Commanders to lose their rookie quarterback.
