Paige Bueckers Put Up Historic Performance For UConn In Sweet 16

UConn advanced to the Elite Eight of the women's NCAA Tournament with a dominant win over Oklahoma on Saturday. 

Oklahoma was up 36-32 at halftime before UConn blitzed Oklahoma in the third quarter, outscoring the latter 27-10 to take a 59-46 lead into the fourth quarter. UConn didn't let up, outscoring Oklahoma 23-13 in the fourth quarter to win by 23, 82-59.

Paige Bueckers led the way, finishing with 40 points and six rebounds. She was on fire throughout the game and was the biggest reason why the Huskies advanced to the Elite Eight. 

She has now recorded at least 25 points and three steals in six NCAA Tournament games, the most of any player in the last 25 years. 

College basketball fans loved how great Bueckers was in this contest.

The Huskies will play one of the USC Trojans or Kansas State Wildcats in the Elite Eight on Monday.
