NFL Reporter Jane Slater Calls Out Bill Belichick, Girlfriend For 'Weird' Behavior

NFL Network reporter Jane Slater said what everyone else was thinking about Bill Belichick and his 24-year-old girlfriend.
Matt Hartman of TheAssemblyNC.com revealed on Thursday that Belichick asked North Carolina's staff to copy his girlfriend on just about every email sent to him. He even included a screenshot that shows the legendary coach's request.
"Thank you for the e-mail," Belichick wrote. "I am including Jordon on this email so she can also keep up with our postings. Can you include her on anything you send to me? Thank you."
We're not sure why Jordon Hudson needs access to every email involving Belichick and the UNC football team. That being said, it's hard to believe the program will go against his wishes.
After this bizarre request from Belichick became public knowledge, countless people questioned his motives. Jane Slater, on the other hand, offered her blunt assessment of this situation.
"Blink twice if you're ok Bill," Slater wrote on X. "This is kinda weird IMO."
Make no mistake about it, Slater isn't the only member of the media wondering what happened to Belichick. On Thursday night, Mike Florio of ProFootballTalk shared his honest thoughts on this situation.
"When it comes to the decisions folks make in their private lives, I'm firmly in the do-whatever-you-want-as-long-as-it-doesn't-hurt-anyone camp," Florio wrote. "But when objectively unusual personal decisions overlap with professional duties, it's fair game for commentary."
We personally agree this whole situation is weird, and at the very least, it's a huge change from what we're accustomed to seeing from Belichick.
Neither Belichick nor Hudson have addressed their email dilemma in Chapel Hill.
