Derek Carr had a blast during last Sunday's game between the Dallas Cowboys and the New Orleans Saints. After scoring a rushing touchdown in the first half, the veteran quarterback decided to break out a Michael Jackson dance.

Carr showed the fans at AT&T Stadium that he has what it takes to perfectly execute Michael Jackson's iconic crotch grab. Everyone was surprised by this move except for Carr. That's because he claims he's always dancing.

"People don't know a lot of stuff about me. ... Weddings or birthdays, I'm always dancing," Carr said, via ESPN. "One time I hit the Michael Jackson and [my brothers] were like 'Bro, you have to do that if you score.'"

Unfortunately for Carr, that turned out to be a costly celebration.

The NFL has fined Carr $14,000 for his touchdown celebration because of the crotch-related gesture.

Carr has not yet commented on the NFL's decision to punish him for recreating an MJ dance. Besides, his current focus is on beating the Philadelphia Eagles this weekend.

On Wednesday, Carr told reporters that he expects the Superdome to be rocking.

"It's gonna be awesome," Carr said, via NFL.com. "We had to prove it to our fans. We didn't give them good enough football last year."

The Saints are entering Week 3 with a lot of confidence, especially after they dismantled the Cowboys on the road. If they defeat the Eagles this weekend, they'll earn a ton of respect from people around the league.

Kickoff for the Eagles-Saints game is at 1 p.m. ET.
