NFL Fans Thinking Of Cowboys Cheerleader After Injury Sunday

In Week 18 across the NFL, you don't want to get your players hurt. You also don't want any cheerleaders getting banged up either.
In this afternoon's Dallas Cowboys-Washington Commanders game at Jerry World, one of the members of the famous Cowboys cheerleading squad unfortunately found herself on the wrong end of a kicked football. Normally reliable Dallas kicker Brandon Aubrey hooked his kickoff attempt directly into the back of the head of the unsuspecting cheerleader.

Thankfully, it looks like the woman was able to laugh the hit off. Surely, she received some quick medical attention too.
On social media, more than a few people were concerned for her safety.
"That Dallas Cheerleader needs to be checked for a concussion now. So glad she could laugh it off, I know that'd be embarrassing and hurt like a mofo! #Dallas#Cowboys#Cheerleader#CTE," one woman said.
"Brandon Aubrey just annihilated a Cowboys cheerleader. Whoa," another person said.
"Omg... Cowboys I have never seen a kicker shank a ball like that. Hope the cheerleader is ok!!" a third person added.
"Cowboys kicker Brandon Aubrey nailed a cheerleader on his kickoff Glad she's okay," the Clutch Points account said.
"Brandon Aubrey might have just put a cowboys cheerleader in concussion protocol with that kick," a fifth person chimed in.
As for the game itself today, it's been pretty boring. The Cowboys are eliminated from playoff contention, and the Commanders are locked into a wild card spot. All they have up for grabs is seeding.
Dallas currently leads 6-3 late in the second quarter, with Aubrey converting a pair of field goals. Washington's Zane Gonzalez has also hit a three-point kick.
Trey Lance is making his first start at quarterback for the Cowboys, while the Commanders are still rolling with starter Jayden Daniels, at least for now.
