The 2025 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue edition is set to be an athlete heavy one.

The next issue of the iconic magazine will feature several stunning Olympians. Anna Hall, Gabby Thomas, Jordan Chiles, Eileen Gu and others will all be featured in the iconic swimsuit issue. So, too, will WNBA star Cameron Brink, LPGA Tour star Nelly Korda and others. It's one of the most iconic magazine issues of the year each and every year.

Over the years, the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue has featured some iconic photoshoots. But few, if any, have garnered as many eyeballs as the iconic "Body Paint" photoshoots.

Prominent model McKenna Berkeley stunned wearing nothing but "Body Paint" in one of her photoshoots for the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue.

McKenna Berkeley.

Berkeley, a prominent swimsuit model, rocked nothing but "Body Paint" in a stunning photoshoot for Sports Illustrated Swimsuit.

She wore a stunning yellow "Body Paint" swimsuit for the iconic magazine edition.

Sports Illustrated Swimsuit released a behind-the-scenes look on McKenna's photoshoot, too.

"Watch McKenna Berkley work her magic in NOTHING but body paint," they wrote on X, formerly known as Twitter.

The body painting process is a long and arduous one. The models are typically woken up extremely early in the morning so they can sit in a chair and be worked on by the artist for several hours at a time. The end result is pretty stunning, though.

Who would you want to see featured in the iconic Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue body paint in 2025?
