The start time of Game 5 for the American League Division Series between the Cleveland Guardians and Detroit Tigers has been changed.

Due to weather concerns in Cleveland, the start time has been moved from 8:08 p.m. ET to 1:08 p.m. ET. Major League Baseball announced the news via Twitter/X on Friday afternoon.

MLB didn't want to risk the chance that this game gets rained out since it's win or go home for both teams.

The winner of this game will move on to play the New York Yankees in the American League Championship Series with a chance to win the pennant and play in the World Series.

The Guardians were facing elimination on Thursday and were down to their final seven outs before David Fry hit a go-ahead two-run home run with two outs in the top of the seventh inning to give them a 4-3 lead.
