Liverpool defender Kostas Tsimikas is set for a short spell on the sidelines due to an ankle injury. The Greece international sustained the injury during a training session. Prior to his injury, the 28-year-old left-back, who has made 11 appearances in all competitions this season, had been in good form for league leaders Liverpool. His start to the campaign had seen Liverpool head coach Arne Slot rotate him with starting left-back Andy Robertson.
