Lions WR Jameson Williams Celebrated First-Half TD By Humping The Ground

Not to be outdone by Jahmyr Gibbs' touchdown celebration dance paying homage to Kevin Durant, Detroit Lions wide receiver Jameson Williams had a far more original celebration that he performed for everyone.
In the second quarter of what has been an absolutely wild shootout between the Lions and the Washington Commanders, Lions quarterback Jared Goff answered a previous pick-six by finding Williams on a handoff for a dazzling 61-yard touchdown run that brought the game back within three points.
But after bringing the ball into the endzone and tossing it to the official, Williams broke out his celebration dance: He got on all fours and humped the ground repeatedly.
Williams' teammates had to run in and pull him off the ground before the referees decided to flag him for unsportsmanlike conduct.

But the deed was done and NFL fans wasted no time at all making fun of Williams for his absolutely ridiculous celebration:
"That celebration had me rolling 😂 Dude really hit the "wounded gazelle" dance in front of everyone. You can tell he was just living in the moment.," one user wrote.
"One thrust away from a penalty, thankfully St Brown was there lol," another joked, referring to an iconic sketch from Key & Peele.
"Said this as soon as it happened. His teammates may have saved him from being suspended also," another remarked.
"Demonstrating what Jayden Daniels is doing to the Lions defense," a fourth joked.
It's been a wild and crazy game so far that has seen a grand total of two punts - once on the Lions' opening drive of the game and the other by the Commanders' opening drive of the third quarter.
Every other drive has resulted in either a touchdown, a field goal or a turnover as the two teams have combined for over 700 yards of offense midway through the third quarter.
And it's only getting crazier.
The game is being played on Fox with the Commanders leading 31-27.
