The 5 Craziest Trades In NBA History (2:14)

LeBron James has been dominating the NBA for so long, it's hard to remember a time when he wasn't the league's biggest star. Despite being 40 years of age, he continues to dominate with the Lakers, but his career has now been long enough that his highlights from over a decade ago are continuing to go viral.

On March 18th, 2013, LeBron James was in his prime on the Miami Heat, coming off hist first NBA championship and on his way to adding his second. In a game against the Boston Celtics, he hammered home a devastating dunk Jason Terry, delivering one of the iconic moments of his career.

Fans loved it then, and they are still loving it now, with one fan writing, "My favorite in game live seen with my own eyes dunk!!!"

Sometimes, only a few words are needed to convey an emotion as evidenced by another fan that simply wrote, "Nasty."

A fan called out James' haters, sarcastically saying, "I don't even remember if I've ever seen LeBron posterize somebody."

And another fan was simply thinking abot the good old days, writing, "LeBron in Miami. Good times, man, good times."

LeBron James won his 4th MVP in 2013, and he also finished the season second in Defensive Player Of The Year voting. That season, he would go on to lead the Miami Heat to their 3rd consecutive NBA Finals, winning Finals MVP as the Heat won their second championship in a row.

What makes LeBron James truly great is the fact that he can play like this even today. Despite it having been 12 years since he last won MVP, the King is still performing at an elite level. With LeBron having taken a major step in his injury recovery, a ruthless poster to announce his return ahead of the playoffs in his next game wouldn't surprise anyone.
