Congratulations are in order for Kentucky's Collin Chandler.

While the Wildcats were in New York to face Ohio State in the CBS Sports Classic, Chandler carved out some time to take his girlfriend to Central Park and get down on a knee and propose.

The two announced the news via collaborated Instagram post. With his fiancee, Hannah Clark, captioning the carousel of photos: "To the one who taught me how to tie my shoes...I love you!"

Chandler is a 21-year-old freshman at Kentucky after following head coach Mark Pope from BYU to Lexington when he took the job at UK.

The Farmington, UT native was a four-star recruit coming out of high school in 2022 but just joined the Cats after completing a two-year mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

In 10 games off the bench this season, Chandler has averaged two points per game to go along with 0.7 rebounds, 0.7 steals and 0.4 assists in eight minutes of action. He logged six minutes in Saturday's 85-65 loss to the Buckeyes with a steal and an assist.

Tons of people poured into the couple's comments to wish the husband and wife to-be well on their new journey.

"crying!! these are the happiest pictures," a friend said.

"yesssss," replied UK teammate Ansley Almonor.

"Congrats!!" another commented. "You two together is simply the best!"

"we've been waiting of this one… turn it up!!!" a fan posted.
