Jayden Daniels' excellent rookie season in Washington has the Commanders playing the Buccaneers in an NFC Wild Card playoff game on Sunday night.

The Bucs, the No. 3 seed in the NFC, are taking on the No. 6 seed Commanders at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Florida on Sunday evening. Tampa Bay is off to a good start on Sunday night, leading Washington, 3-0, early in the first half. But there's still a lot of game left.

Daniels and the Commanders have been very comfortable playing from behind all season long. They've made some wild comebacks, highlighted by that crazy Hail Mary! win against Chicago, and are very used to getting going late in games.

If the Commanders are going to get the win on Sunday night, they'll need a big-time second half performance from Daniels. Regina Jackson, the mom of the standout NFL rookie quarterback, is certainly hoping to see that on Sunday night.

Jackson, who has a big following on social media, posted from her Instagram Story prior to kickoff on Sunday night. "Playoff tingz," she wrote on her Instagram Story.

"Live, Love, Laugh.... Life is too short to waste time.. Live for every moment!! 💋🍹💍," she wrote.

She celebrated New Year's Eve in Washington, D.C.

"Out with the old, and in with the new. This is the 2025 me. Happy New Year ya'll. 💋😘," she wrote.

Daniels' mom will be looking to start 2025 with an NFL playoff win, too. The Commanders are trailing the Buccaneers, 3-0, early in the second quarter on Sunday night.

Hopefully, we're treated to a good game on Sunday night. So far, it's been four blowouts.
