The 2025 WNBA Draft Lottery on Sunday was a success, with perhaps no team more delighted with the result than the Dallas Wings. This is after the Wings won the rights for the No. 1 overall pick for next year's draft, thereby giving them a clear path toward consensus first overall pick Paige Bueckers.

Wings supporters have already started celebrating on social media amid the excitement surrounding the prospect of the UConn senior potentially donning the Dallas uniform next season. This includes Janaé Sims, who is a Dallas-based content creator with close to 800,000 followers on TikTok.

Upon hearing the news, Sims shared an old video of herself busting out some dance moves with Bueckers during the 2024 WNBA Draft.

"What perfect timing to be living in Dallas 👀😂🏀#WNBA" read the caption on the post.

Indiana Fever star Aliyah Boston caught wind of the post, and the two-time All-Star could not help but comment on the same.

"Um….. it's go fever but okay🤷🏽‍♀️ #FakeFriends #ButILovePaigeSoItsOkay," Boston wrote.

For what it's worth, the Fever finished with a 20-20 record last season, and their order in next year's draft had already been pre-determined.

Indiana will be selecting eighth in the first round, which means the only chance they have of getting their hands on Bueckers is if they move up in the draft via a trade deal or if the seven teams before them (inexplicably) decide to pass on the highly-touted 5-foot-11 guard.

Boston made it clear that her loyalty lies with the Fever, but at the same time, she expressed her "love" for Bueckers. It's only a matter of time before these two stars go at it in the WNBA.
