Curt Cignetti and the Indiana Hoosiers are hoping to shock the world this Friday when they take on the Notre Dame Fighting Irish in the first round of the 2024 College Football Playoff.

Indiana was one of the biggest surprises of the regular season, coming out of nowhere to earn a spot in the CFP. The only loss on the season came against Ohio State on the road. Outside of that performance, the Hoosiers have proven to be a legitimate threat in the Big Ten. Their starting quarterback, Kurtis Rourke has been exceptional, completing 70.4 percent of his passes for 2,827 yards with 27 touchdowns and only four interceptions.

If Indiana wants to keep its dream season alive, it'll need to knock off Notre Dame in a hostile environment. Obviously, that's easier said than done.

On Friday afternoon, Indiana cheerleader Riley Stark posted a photo of herself on Instagram along with the caption, "All I want for Christmas is a Hoosier CFP win..."

Make no mistake about it, Stark isn't the only one who wants to see the Hoosiers knock off the Fighting Irish tonight. There'll be thousands of Indiana fans cheering until the clock expires.

As for Riley Stark, she's currently in her third year as a cheerleader for the Hoosiers. It's safe to say she's having a blast this season.

Indiana's cheerleading team has traveled all around Big Ten country this season, taking trips to Michigan State, Northwestern, Ohio State and Purdue. We'd have to imagine this Friday's visit to South Bend will go down as the most exciting adventure of the season for the cheerleading squad.

Notre Dame is favored by a touchdown over Indiana. If the Hoosiers want to have success in tonight's frigid conditions, they'll need strong performances from Justice Ellison, Ty Son Lawton, Kaelon Black and a few others.

This Friday's playoff game will kick off at 8 p.m. ET. It'll be televised on ABC.
